NZJV vertical pump

1.  Overview

NZJV is a vertical slurry pump, which is a kind of long shaft centrifugal pump. The structure adopts a single-stage single-shell structure with its own mounting frame to facilitate the installation and maintenance of field equipment. According to the different working conditions, there are two kinds of materials: metal and rubber. When rubber is used, all parts in contact with the pulp are lined with rubber to ensure the anti-corrosion performance of the equipment.

2.  Features

• Double suction structure can minimize the axial force and protect the bearing.

• A filter screen is designed on the suction port to prevent large particles from entering, ;

• According to the installation conditions on site, the vertical submerged pump of the same specification can be matched with different submerged depths;

• The impeller can be equipped with a stirring impeller to reduce the risk of clogging of the pump suction port;

• None shaft seal structure.

• The large-diameter spindle design is adopted, and the equipment runs smoothly.

3. Applications

• Suitable for sewage discharge and accident pools in concentrators;

• The recommended lift is less than 35m;

• The temperature of slurry is recommended less than 70℃ when adopting rubber wet parts;

• The critical speed must be checked when using different submerged depths .
