NZJF is a foam slurry pump, based on the NZJAH pump, optimized for the transportation of flotation foam in the flotation operation, so most of the pump components and NZAH pump have good versatility. In order to improve the ability of conveying foam, the impeller and front guard plate have been greatly improved. Compared with ordinary horizontal slurry pumps, it has obvious advantages in conveying foam-containing slurry. The purpose of this series of products is to solve the problem of difficulty in conveying foamed slurry that has always existed in the current mineral processing industry.
NJZF Froth Pump
1, Overview
Engineered for high concentration pulp duties, NZJF froth slurry pump is especially used for the transportation of flotation froth in the flotation operation. NJZF is designed from NZJAH, so most of the pump components are the same. But in order to improve the ability of conveying froth, the impeller and guard plate of NJZF have been greatly improved. Compared with ordinary horizontal slurry pump, it has obvious advantages in conveying slurry containing froth. This series of products well solve the problem of froth slurry transportation.

Large suction inlet for high suction capacity. Less gas blocking caused by a large amount of froth, and more froth transport.
Simple installation and easy maintenance.
Semi-open impeller design improves the impeller’s cavitation resistance performance.
Rubber or high chromium alloy metal wet parts can be choosed for different applications.
Different Packing seals, auxiliary impeller seals and mechanical seals can be selected.
The outlet direction of the pump can be installed according to eight angles to adapt to the on-site pipeline installation.
3.Applications
Suitable for conveying frothed slurry in the bottom flow of high efficiency thickener.
The recommended single-stage head is less than 40m.
The volume coefficient of conveying froth can reach 3.0.
Applicable maximum weight concentration of ore is less than 65.
Slurry temperature is recommended not to exceed 70℃ when rubber wet parts are adopted.
The pressure-withstanding value of rubber is less than 1.4MPa, and metal less than 2.1MPa.
