NZJF

NZJF is a foam slurry pump, based on the NZJAH pump, optimized for the transportation of flotation foam in the flotation operation, so most of the pump components and NZAH pump have good versatility. In order to improve the ability of conveying foam, the impeller and front guard plate have been greatly improved. Compared with ordinary horizontal slurry pumps, it has obvious advantages in conveying foam-containing slurry. 1. Product Overview

NZJF is a foam slurry pump, based on the NZJAH pump, optimized for the transportation of flotation foam in the flotation operation, so most of the pump components and NZAH pump have good versatility. In order to improve the ability of conveying foam, the impeller and front guard plate have been greatly improved. Compared with ordinary horizontal slurry pumps, it has obvious advantages in conveying foam-containing slurry. The purpose of this series of products is to solve the problem of difficulty in conveying foamed pulp that has always existed in the current mineral processing industry.

2. Product Features

1) It has a large suction port, which improves the suction capacity of the slurry pump, reduces the possibility of a large amount of foam causing air blockage at the pump inlet, and enhances the foam delivery capacity of this series of slurry pumps;

2) Compared with the vertical foam pump, it has a small footprint and a more compact equipment layout. At the same time, due to the horizontal pump structure, it inherits the advantages of simple installation and maintenance of the horizontal double casing pump;

3) The impeller adopts a semi-open design, and the large diameter impeller adopts long and short blades to improve the anti-cavitation performance of the impeller;

4) The overflow parts can be used in combination with high chromium and rubber materials according to the working conditions, which is flexible and diverse;

5) There are various types of shaft seals, and three types of packing seals, auxiliary impeller seals and mechanical seals can be selected. The three types of seals can be replaced without replacing other parts;

6) The gap between the impeller and the guard plate is designed with adjustable components, which can be easily adjusted during daily shutdown and maintenance;

7) The connection method between the pump and the motor can be belt, coupling, reducer, etc. according to the working conditions and site conditions;

8) This series of slurry pumps is generally not recommended to be used in series;

9) The outlet direction of the pump can be installed at eight angles to suit the pipeline installation on site.

3. Scope of application

1) This series of slurry pumps are foam slurry pumps with strong suction capacity. They are suitable for the transportation of foam slurry in the beneficiation industry of non-ferrous, ferrous and other metal mines, as well as for the transportation of high-efficiency thicker underflow high-concentration slurry;

2) The recommended single-stage head is less than 40m;

3) The volume coefficient of conveying foam can reach 3.0;

4) The maximum applicable mineral weight concentration is less than 65%;

5) When the rubber material overflow parts are selected, the temperature of the conveying slurry is recommended to not exceed 70℃;

6) The pressure resistance value of rubber slurry pump does not exceed 1.4Mpa, and the pressure resistance value of metal pump does not exceed 2.1Mpa;

7) Only used as a single-stage pump.

4. Specifications and flow range
