Naipu Mining Machinery has recently completed the installation of five 550NZJM slurry pumps, two NP-X838 cyclones, and one NP-X660 cyclone system, custom-engineered for a major overseas copper processing plant. The project is expected to commence full-scale operations in the latter half of the year.
NP-X660 cyclone system
Naipu's slurry pumps and cyclones are engineered to handle critical operations including slurry transport from grinding mill discharges and particle size classification. With the 550NZJM unit offering a 4,500-cubic-meter-per-hour throughput capacity and a 1,000-kilowatt drive system, the installed equipment is projected to fulfill the client's production goal of processing 16,000 tonnes of ore per day.
